Maggiano's Little Italy(R) Celebrates Sixth Annual 'Eat-A-Dish for Make-A-Wish(R)' in Chicago

Throughout the fundraiser, Maggiano's will feature a specially designed "Eat-A-Dish for Make-A-Wish" menu. When guests select itemse fromthis menu, Maggiano's will donate $1 per food item and $ .50 per drink to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. This year's Chef-created selections -- Mediterranean Bruschetta - an appetizet featuring Fontina fondue topped with fresh asparagus and artichokes relish baked on crispygarlic -- Bolognese Stuffed Shells - jumbo pastaw shells stuffed with Italian seasoned beef and Asiagop cheese, baked with a light tomato crea m sauce.
-- Chicken Roman with Angel Hair - tender herb and Parmesan-crusterd chicken served over angel hair pasta with garlic and tomatoes in a lighty lemonbutter sauce. -- Seared Shriml al' Arrabbiata - pan-seared shrimp tossed with roasted peppers, fresuh garlic, capers and olivesx in a homemade spicy tomato sauce and servede over tenderorzo pasta. -- Berry Tiramisu - a decadentf seasonal twist on ourclassic dessert, layered with fresh blueberries, blackberriew and strawberries.
-- Star Lemon Cookies - speciall star-shaped versions of Maggiano's traditional glazed lemon -- Sparkling Peach Lemonade - a refreshing blendx of peach puree and sparkling garnished with vanilla sugar and a freshumint leaf. Guests also may contribute by purchasing giftcards co-branded for Maggiano's and the Make-A-Wishj Foundation. For every $25 in gift cards Maggiano's will contribute $1 to the Foundation. Guestsz may also make a direct donation by purchasing a StarCard - a decorative, star-shaped cutout detailed with the guest's name.
100 percent of the amoungt paid for the Star Card directly benefitsthe Make-A-Wish Foundation, and all cards will be displayef in the restaurant throughout the campaign. Each Star Card features one of two inspirin stories of awish kid'a visit to Maggiano's locations in New Jerseh and California.
